Agreement Duration

This Agreement Will Begin Upon Our Acceptance Of Your Ambassador Application And Will End When Terminated By Either Party In Writing (via email).

Becoming An Ambassador, Does Not Establish Any Legal Or Financial Relationship With WOODHOY. We Reserve The Right To Terminate An Ambassador’s Position At Any Time, With Or Without Reason, By Giving The Other Party Written Notice Of Termination (via email).

Personal Code Usage

As An Ambassador We Provide A Personalized Discount Code For You To Share And Have Your Referrals Use With Their Purchase. Your Referrals will receive a 20% discount when they buy using your Personalized Discount Code. This Code Is Not To Be Shared On Public Coupon/Discount Websites Such As retailmenot.com, couponsock.com And others like these.

Compensation

As a WOODHOY Brand Ambassador, You Will Be Entitled To Many Benefits:

  2. AU$10 On All Sales Generated Using Your Unique Referral Code;
  3. After 20 Sales Are Made Using Your Unique Referral Code, You Will Receive AU$15 Per Sale for life (This will be paid each 27th of the month for the previous month. Compensation is not provided on returned goods);

  • Violating Intellectual Property Rights
  • Any other at WOODHOY discretion
